Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 to 4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    4 Tbsp. chopped green onion, as garnish
Preparation
    Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, curry, salt and pepper together and chill for several hours before serving. Depending on the size of your serving bowl, you should be able to refill it two or three times during the evening.
    Divide the green onion garnish among the servings.
