Easy Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) ready to cook chicken, cut up
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 envelope (1 Tbsp.) garlic salad dressing mix
1 c. corn flake crumbs
paprika
Preparation

Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
Combine butter and salad dressing mix.
With spatula spread mixture over chicken pieces.
Roll in corn flake crumbs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place chicken skin side up (not touching) in shallow pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about an hour or until tender.
No need to turn.
Makes 4 servings.
