Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked with skins, peeled and grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate potatoes in a large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream and onions.
    Add 1 cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn into greased casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
