Ingredients

2 c. cider vinegar
7 c. brown sugar (if mangoes sour, use 8 c.)
1/2 Tbsp. 5 spices
1/2 c. Hawaiian salt
2 Tbsp. coloring
6 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and boil.\tCool; pour over mangoes.
Add Li-Hing Mui.
