Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/2 c. coarsely crushed saltines
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Mix together with other ingredients. Top with saltines and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
