Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/8 c. oil
    2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Put in mixing bowl in order given.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes for bread.
    For muffins, fill tins 2/3 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes about 40 muffins.
