Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo or butter
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together like a pie crust.
Press into an 8 x 8-inch greased baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
