Easy Chess Pie Variation - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    3/4 stick oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. plum jelly or preserves
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs; melt oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together using a whisk.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 in an unbaked pie shell until firm.
    Takes about 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cinnamon over top.
