Golden Green Pepper Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 green peppers, cut in half
12 to 16 oz. whole kernel corn
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Set oven to 350\u00b0.
Remove seeds and parboil peppers 5 minutes. Combine canned or frozen corn, tomatoes and cheese.
Spoon into peppers.
Top with bread crumbs that have been tossed in melted butter.
Bake in baking dish 30 to 35 minutes.
