Crack-R-Jack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 qt. popped corn
    1 c. Spanish peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare a brown paper bag by spraying with Pam until well coated.
    Place the following in a 4-cup glass bowl:
    brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt.
    Microwave on High until it is boiling.
    Continue cooking after reaching the boil stage for 2 minutes.
    Add soda and stir well (mixture will be foamy).
    Place popped corn and peanuts in bag and pour syrup over corn; shake well.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and shake.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and shake, then microwave for 3 seconds.
    Shake and pour on cookie sheet to cool.
