Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft margarine
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk, soured with 1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. mashed bananas (2 or 3 medium)
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. or more chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine and eggs. Stir in milk. Add bananas. Sift well the flour and dry ingredients. Add nuts. Pour into well-greased 9 x 3-inch pan. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 until tests done.
