Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Cajun Spice Mix
4 drops of Tabasco
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Combine all.
Marinate seafood, chicken, pork or beef in sauce. Baste meat in pan or on grill.
The sauce will keep in covered jar for 1 week.
