Tuna In Pita Pocket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. process cheese spread
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
4 (6-inch) pita bread pockets, cut in half
1 1/4 c. tomato, chopped
Preparation

Combine tuna, celery, onion and cheese spread; stir well. Layer lettuce, cucumber and tuna mixture in pita halves.
Top each with tomato.
Serve immediately.
Yields 4 servings.
