Babom'S 2-Quart Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini
1 small onion
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Slice and boil zucchini and onion for 5 minutes.
Brown sausage in pan.
Add Stove Top chicken stuffing.
Mix soup, sour cream and carrots. Add to zucchini mixture.
Put layer of sausage on bottom of dish and then layer stuffing, then zucchini mixture, another layer of sausage mixture and top with dressing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
