Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. shredded Longhorn cheese
    3 cans enchilada sauce
    12 tortillas (corn)
    ketchup
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    beef; drain.
    Add 1 can enchilada sauce. Fry tortillas
    one
    at a time in oil until soft.
    Lay on paper towel to\tdrain.\tPut
    about
    1
    tablespoon meat in center of tortilla. Add
    small\tamount of cheese.
    Roll up and put seam side down in dish.
    When all of them are rolled up, cover with remaining meat. Pour some ketchup over the meat.
    Pour on the 2
    cans
    of sauce. Top with cheese.
    Cover with Reynolds wrap and heat for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
