Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 large very ripe bananas
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients adding each individually.
    Bake in lightly greased pan or loaf pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes great in Ziploc bags after wrapping first in foil.
