Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
Preparation
-
Cook, peeled and sliced carrots in salt water until tender, not overcooked.
Drain and cool.
Mix other ingredients and pour over carrots.
Let stand at least 12 hours.
