Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

no shortening
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix together well. Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Check with toothpick.
