Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. peaches or 1 large can, drained (save juice)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
1 large box vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

In large bowl, combine butter, milk, baking powder, flour, egg, pudding mix and juice from peaches.
Stir thoroughly.
Pour into buttered oblong pan.
Place drained peaches on top.
Whip softened cream cheese and sugar together.
Spoon on top of peaches.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
