Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped cucumber
    3/4 c. chopped carrot
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop vegetables fine.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
    Add well drained vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve on snack crackers.
