Perfection Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. vegetable shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 level tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and sugar.
Blend in shortening until pea size lumps appear.
Blend egg and liquids.
Make a dough that is soft, but easy to handle.
Will keep 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
