Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. zucchini, grated
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate squares over low heat.
Remove from heat and add brown sugar.
In mixing bowl, beat egg and white sugar.
Gradually pour over melted chocolate mixture. Blend in baking powder, salt and flour.
Add vanilla and zucchini; mix 30 seconds.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
May be frosted or served plain.
