Buttermilk Pie(Makes 1 Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Preparation

Soften margarine and mix all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
