Ingredients

3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually mix in milk and butter; add vanilla. Pour batter into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle mixture from step 2 evenly over batter then pour 1-1/4 cups hot water over top. Do Not Stir.
