Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely grated Colby cheese
    4 large tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 whole egg
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. crumbled bread crumbs
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and scoop out centers of the tomatoes.
    Retain the cap. Season.
    Combine the cheese, cream, eggs and parsley in a bowl and mix.
    Fill the tomatoes and sprinkle bread crumbs.
    Replace the caps and place in a buttered baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 17 minutes.
    Serve.
