Strawberry Bread(Delicious!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 pkg. (10 oz.) strawberries, thawed

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Make a well in center and pour in oil, eggs and strawberries without juice.
Mix.
Grease and flour 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Mix cream cheese with small amount of berry juice and serve as spread.
