Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
    1 c. extra sharp Cheddar, grated (don't pack cheese in cup)
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms on paper towels.
    Remove and chop stems.
    Fry stems in olive oil in a nonstick fry pan.
    When stems are sauteed, add and stir in bread crumbs; add cheese.
    Cool a little for handling and with a teaspoon fill the mushroom cavities with bread crumb mixture.
    Place stuffed mushrooms in a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
