Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

red peppers (as many as you can get)
1 onion
1 pt. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. sugar
Preparation

Chop peppers and onion.
Cover with water and simmer.
Add vinegar, salt and sugar; cook until candied down a bit.
