Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup shortening
    2/3 cup milk
    3/4 pound bulk sausage
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients;
    cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in milk.
    Turn dough out onto floured surface, and kneed 1 or 2 times. Lightly roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness (17 1/2 x 8 inch rectangle).
    Sprinkle sausage evenly over dough.
    Roll dough jellyroll fashion, starting at long end.
    Cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheets.
