Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box Minute rice
    1 (1 lb.) roll sausage (mild)
    1 large onion, diced
    2 medium green peppers, diced
    1 large jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook
    Minute
    rice
    according to directions on box.
    In separate
    skillet;
    fry
    sausage,
    diced
    onions,
    diced green pepper and mushrooms together until sausage is browned and the onions and
    pepper are tender.
    Then take off stove; drain off excess grease
    and then mix sausage, onions, green peppers and mushrooms in with your rice.
