Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dates, water and soda.
    Mix well.
    When cool, add butter, flour, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
