Rigatoni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 lb. prepared rigatoni noodles
    2 large cucumbers, diced
    1 to 2 green peppers, diced
    2 large tomatoes, diced
    black olives, mushrooms, etc.
Preparation
    Mix first 10 ingredients in a saucepan; heat until sugar dissolves completely, then cool.
    Add oil.
    Pour over remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and chill.
    Keeps well.
