Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    4 medium carrots
    1 small onion
    1 medium potato
    1/4 lemon
    nutmeg to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Place pared 1/4-inch carrot chunks, diced onion and cubed potato (these may be unpeeled) in chicken broth.
    Add lemon, nutmeg and other seasonings to the broth.
    Simmer for 20 minutes, covered, or until vegetables are tender.
    Puree in a blender.
    Add a cup of milk.
