Ingredients

1 stick melted margarine
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Rice Krispies
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, except Rice Krispies, and boil for 4
minutes, stirring constantly. Add Rice Krispies. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Makes 2 dozen.
