Spring Radish And Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers, halved and seeds removed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bunches radishes, thinly sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Slice cucumbers very thin.
    Sprinkle with salt; cover and chill several hours.
    Drain cucumbers well.
    Combine with radishes.
    Combine remaining ingredients; blend into cucumbers and radishes.
    If desired, pile mixture into the center of a tomato aspic ring.
    Dust with a little ground pepper.
    May also be served on lettuce leaves.
