Snow Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate bits
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Begin adding sugar gradually and continue until whites are stiff.
    Add vanilla. Gently fold in chopped nuts and chocolate bits.
    Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Place cookies in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0. Close oven door and turn oven off.
    Leave cookies in oven for 3 hours or overnight.
    Makes a firm cookie which stays white.
    Makes about 50.
