Baked Oysters(Served Each Christmas At My Friend Sandy'S Home) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. stale bread crumbs
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pt. oysters
salt and pepper
1/4 c. oyster liquid
4 Tbsp. cream
mace or nutmeg
parsley
Preparation
-
Mix together crumbs and butter; set aside.
Mix oysters, liquid, cream, salt and pepper.
Layer oyster mix with crumbs in two layers.
Sprinkle each layer with nutmeg and parsley if desired.
Cover top layer with crumbs.
Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
