Stuffed Winter Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small acorn squash (14 to 16 oz. each)
1 1/2 c. cooking apple, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
salt
Preparation

Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
Place squash halves, cut side down, in a shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until almost tender.
