Chicken Paprikas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer onion in bacon drippings.
    Add paprika and water; bring to boil.
    Add cut-up chicken and simmer 45 minutes or until all water is absorbed and chicken is lightly browned.
