Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean spareribs
2 c. V-8 juice
1/2 c. hickory flavored barbecue sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cut ribs into 2 rib servings.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in hot fat in heavy skillet.
Lay in baking pan and cover with juice and sauce mixture.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
