Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
4 squares (1 oz. each) sweetened chocolate
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. Karo light corn syrup

Preparation

In saucepan heat chocolate, margarine and corn syrup over low heat until melted; stir until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Beat with wooden spoon until cool but still pourable.
Dip fruit halfway into chocolate.
Place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate overnight.
Store in one layer in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
