Smokey Brisket (Sunday Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle hickory liquid smoke
    1 to 2 lb. brisket
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    water to cover
Preparation
    Turn crock-pot to high.
    Pour in one bottle of liquid smoke. Place brisket in crock-pot.
    Add celery salt and enough water to cover.
    Cook overnight or all day.
