Festive Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. chopped candied cherries
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin in a mixing bowl; set aside.
    Combine flour, sugar, nutmeg and spices.
    Add to pumpkin mixture; beat until smooth.
    Fold in cherries and pecans.
    Spoon into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
