Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk (skim may be used)
    3 eggs (large)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Put
    all
    ingredients
    in blender and blend 30 seconds. Pour in\tthe middle of buttered and floured Pyrex dish.\tBake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
