Yogurt Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of white pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and combine with egg in top of a double boiler.
Add milk slowly and stir until smooth and very thick. Remove from heat.
Add honey and vinegar and stir until cool.
Add yogurt gradually, beating constantly to keep mixture smooth.
