Stir-Fried Tangerine Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 lb. flank steak, cut into thin slices
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. green beans
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tangerine, sectioned
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Combine orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger.
    Toss in steak until well combined.
    Heat oil in a large saute pan. Stir-fry beans for 1 minute and add water carefully.
    Fry for 3 more minutes and spoon onto a platter.
    Add beef mixture to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Return green beans with the tangerine sections and water chestnuts to the pan and heat through.
    Serve over white rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
