Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 onion, finely chopped
    16 oz. Ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain fat and add sauce and water.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients, excpt noodles.
    Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer 3 lasagna noodles over sauce.
    Cover with 1 1/2 cups sauce and 1/2 of the cheese filling. Repeat layers.
    Top with lasagna noodles and remaining sauce. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Remove foil, bake 10 minutes longer.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
