Broccoli-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole breasts, cooked and covered with ginger, thyme, salt and pepper
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. croutons
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Skin and bone chicken. Place broccoli in casserole and top with pieces of chicken. Combine undiluted soup with mayonnaise, milk, croutons, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
