Coleslaw With Tomatoes Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green cabbage
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sugar plus 2 tsp.
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Remove dark leaves of cabbage; discard.
    Rinse cabbage, cut in quarters, removing core.
    Shred cabbage finely.
    Cut tomatoes lengthwise.
    Remove seed and core from pepper.
    Cut pepper into thin rings.
    Also, cut onion into rings.
    In a large bowl, alternate cabbage, onion and pepper until gone.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar.
    In a small pan, add mustard, 2 teaspoons sugar, salt, vinegar and oil.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour hot on vegetables; toss.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Add tomatoes and serve.
