Cherry Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
In bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add condensed milk; blend thoroughly.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until firm.
Top with cherry pie filling (or any fruit pie filling).
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 pie or can be divided into 2 crusts before adding filling.
